Placing an Order

Business Customers Only – Orders are for business customers only. Mandales AB sells exclusively to registered business entities. For private customers, please refer to Home of ESS.
Delivery Terms
Free Shipping Limit
Sweden/Denmark: Orders over 20.000 SEK qualifies for free shipping.
Norway: Orders over 20.000 SEK qualifies for free shipping.
Finland: Orders over 20.000 SEK qualifies for free shipping.
Standard Delivery
Normal delivery time for in-stock items is approximately 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, delivery may take longer. Orders are shipped with DHL. Mandales AB does not assume financial responsibility for delays caused by the carrier.
Transport & Insurance
Unless otherwise agreed, transport is arranged by Mandales AB on behalf of and invoiced to the customer.
Transport insurance is not included in the shipping cost and must be arranged by the customer separately.
Upon Delivery
When receiving a delivery from Mandales AB, it is essential that you check the goods before signing the delivery note. By signing without remarks, you confirm that the delivery is complete and free from visible damage. Claims for transport damages reported later than seven (7) days after receipt will not be accepted.
Please ensure that:
– The number of packages (colli) matches the delivery note.
– The packaging is intact. If damaged, open the shipment immediately and inspect the goods.
– If damage or shortage is detected, this must be noted on the delivery note.
To strengthen the claim, please:
– Take photos of damaged packaging before opening.
– Document the condition of the goods inside.
– Record the driver’s name, the carrier’s name, and the vehicle’s registration number.
– Keep a copy of the annotated delivery note (make a photocopy or photo before handing it back to the driver).
Delivery by Country
Sweden/Denmark: Normal delivery time is 2-3 days.
Norway: Normal delivery time is 4-14 days, depending on when the order is placed.
Finland: Normal delivery time is 4-14 days, depending on when the order is placed.
Important Notes
– Pallets may be split during transport, and shipments can occasionally be misplaced. Always check carefully that all items are included before signing.
– The date of receipt must always be indicated when signing the delivery note.
– Claims for visible damage, shortages, or incorrect deliveries must be made immediately upon delivery. Hidden damage must be reported as soon as discovered, but no later than within 7 days.

We reserve the right to product or price adjustments caused by our suppliers. These do not apply to confirmed time-bound offers, whether provided in writing or verbally.
