Binding Agreement

Placing an order through our online store constitutes a binding agreement with Mandales AB. An order confirmation is automatically sent to the email provided.

Prices & Changes

Mandales AB reserves the right to adjust prices, correct printing errors, or fix color discrepancies. Product images are intended to be accurate, but colors may vary slightly.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, standard payment is 30 days net. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, or invoice (subject to credit approval). For further information regarding payments read Payment Options

Transfer of Ownership & Risk

Ownership of products remains with Mandales AB until full payment has been received. Risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the forwarder or customer, whichever occurs first.

Claims on Delivery

Visible damage, shortages, or errors must be reported immediately upon delivery. Hidden defects must be reported as soon as discovered, but no later than seven (7) days after receipt.

Limitation of Liability

Mandales AB is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or other consequential losses due to delayed delivery, product defects, or product use. Liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.

Force Majeure

Mandales AB is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including strikes, natural disasters, or transport disruptions.

Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust orders due to stock discrepancies or other valid reasons. Changes to confirmed orders may incur additional charges.

Business Customers Only

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are a registered business entity.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts.
